Our policy lasts for 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have passed since your product(s) were delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons that are not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5-10 days.

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

We currently offer no refunds if your item was a gift.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
